I'm a fullstack developer based in Prague.

For the past few years I've been building products from scratch — from the data model and API through the UI to deployment. Before that I worked in testing and studied software engineering at CTU: a bachelor's at FEL and a master's at FIT.

What I do differently from most fullstack developers: I design a feature from both sides at once. Backend and UX aren't two phases where one precedes the other — they're one decision. The data model decides what can be shown to the user, and what the user needs to see decides the data model. That's why design has never been an afterthought for me.

I do my best work where I own a product or a feature as a whole, not a slice of a spec. I like deciding how something should work, not just building it to a specification. And I like building on whatever is currently the best available option, not on what was used five years ago.
